Getting your COVID-19 vaccine

Getting your COVID-19 vaccine is the best way to protect yourself and to prevent the spread of the virus. Providing your vaccine information assists campus officials to effectively plan for the wide range of campus programs planned for the fall. Vaccine data is confidential, uploaded and maintained in a protected portal, supervised by our Student Health Services professionals. The records are confidential and the data is shared with only a limited number of authorized campus officials on a need-to-know basis in the utmost protected manner for logistical and planning purposes only.

Vaccine data is voluntarily collected and will be used for select program areas on campus: Required testing – at this time, those who are vaccinated do not have to participate in weekly testing, re-entry testing and testing associated with select travel authorization. Contact tracing and isolation/quarantine programs – at this time, those with single source close contact exposure do not have to quarantine.
