Fall 2021 Weekly COVID-19 Testing

Weekly testing requirements remain in place for all students, faculty, and staff who are unvaccinated or have not uploaded COVID-19 vaccination information through the HealthyPack Portal.

Testing Information

There are several convenient on-campus testing locations. You can be tested on any day/time that is convenient for you; appointments are not necessary. For the most up-to-date testing locations and hours, please visit the Protect the Pack website

If you get tested off-campus, you must upload your test results to the HealthyPack Portal weekly by Wednesdays at 11:59 p.m.

If you have an extenuating circumstance that will keep you from getting tested for an extended period of time (such as not being on campus for more than a week or having a medical procedure that would keep you from being able to test), please complete an Exemption Request Form for review.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 90 days, you do not need to get tested again until 90 days have passed since your positive test. For example, if you tested positive on July 6, 2021, you do not need to get tested again until Oct. 4, 2021. Beginning Oct. 4, you would be required to participate in weekly surveillance testing until the end of the semester.

If you tested positive at an off-campus location in the past 90 days, please upload your positive test result to the HealthyPack Portal. If you tested positive using on-campus testing within the past 90 days, no further action is needed.

Vaccine Information

If you were vaccinated off-campus, please upload your vaccination record to HealthyPack Portal. Please note that once you upload your vaccination record, it may take a few days for verification.

If you receive a vaccine on campus through Student Health Services, no further action is needed. Once fully vaccinated, you will no longer be required to participate in weekly surveillance testing.
