Keep the Flu away!

Keep yourself and others from being sick by taking the proper precautions and keeping your space clean!

Prevent the Flu by:

  • Getting plenty of sleep, challenge yourself to stay physically active.
  • Manage your stress in healthy ways, whether that is going for a run, meditating, watching your favorite show, or reading a book.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.

If you are sick, stay home!

  • If you are sick, don’t go to the gym, the mall, or public places. Take care of yourself and others by staying in your home and taking time to rest.
  • Keep in mind that you can be contagious the day before you experience any flu symptoms.
  • Wash your hands with soap and warm water!

Sneezing and Coughing

  • Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze.
  • If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands.
  • Put your used tissue in the waste basket.
  • Clean your hands after coughing or sneezing.
